 My personal experience in the introduction to new media class  Taking the introduction to new media class has honestly been one of the most eye - opening experiences for me. When the semester began, I thought we were only going to talk about social media platforms and how they work. But the class ended up teaching me much deeper things that have changed the way I see and use new media every day. so now I know how to use Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok. Here are three new things I learned that really impacted me.  1. Understanding How media converges: one thing that really stood out to me was learning about media convergence. Before this class l used to see tv, radio, social media, blogs and the internet as separate things. I didn't realize how much they connect and influence each other. Now, when I watch or read something online, I notice how the same content appears across different platforms. This has made me more aware of how information travels and how content cre...
 Today's class was so amazing. Madam shared a story about kwaku from 2020 at UniMac IFT. She said kwaku didn't know how to use madia at that time, so he came to her one day and she thought him how to use social media. Now he is able to use it well.
